RAW WALNUT PESTO And SAVORY YAMCAKE

ROUND 6 OF POWERMEAL A WEEK CHALLENGE! So excited to share with you a SAVORY YAM POWERCAKE 1 cooked yam 350 degrees for about 35-40 minutes 1 TB coconut flour 2 TB chopped red onion 2 TB Shredded Carrots 2 TB Shredded Zuchinni Sea Salt & Pepper To Taste 3 egg white (to hold it together) Mix ingredients and form into a POWERCAKE put into a medium heat pan with 1 tsp coconut oil and cook on each side until browned! Hi all ! So I recently got an e-mail asking about what would be a good snack before bed. You all know that I LOVE to break myths & prove that some of those diet fads aren’t always true. A few years ago, someone was on the Oprah show (which I have nothing against Oprah) but the specialist said “Don’t eat after 7pm, it will make you gain weight!” Well, this sparked a huge craze and people started to think they were being healthy by not eating into the hours of the night. hi all! ahhh let me just say, I have SO many things to fill you in on!! 1) this week has been awesome with student teaching! ZUMBA is becoming the new thing at the school & I’m so glad I introduced it to the students! They have been loving it & I’ve been teaching 6 classes a day! It’s safe to say, I practically bathe in vanilla bean NOEL body spray (which I think I have an obsession with) Anyway, I can’t wait to share some videos of our dances!
