Myself & her whole class included, did some upper body focused training with basic progressive overloading.

You can’t go wrong with your basic fundamental lifts when it comes to BUILDING muscle.

You don’t need to add jumps, tucks, or spins to build muscle or for it to be an effective workout.

I upped the weight each set & my arms were feeling WERKED at the end of this.

👊🏼 4 SETS BETWEEN 8-12 REPS EACH SET
🔸 INCLINE CHEST PRESS
🔸 1 ARM DB ROWS
🔸 SCAPTION RAISES
🔸 STANDING OVERHEAD PRESS
🔸 TRICEP CABLE EXTENSIONS

🔸 BICEP HAMMER CURLS
🔸 Finished with some @trxtraining triceps for something different 🙃
