hi all! Hope you’re enjoying your weekend. Started this morning off with some Pandora Christmas Music & mug of Tiramisu coffee! Perfect way to start our Sunday; especially with the comforting lights of our little Charlie Brown Christmas tree! Perfect in its own way! Today’s PLANT POWER topic is FRUIT! This is another word that people seem to fear. I am often asked if I eat fruit; & the answer is, OF COURSE! Fruits are loaded with vitamins, minerals, clean carbs, & most are a significant source of FIBER! Every day after school I eat some type of fruit for a snack. “PowerSmoothie” & New POWERCircuit Workout!

hi all! I wanted to start off this post with a little Fitness before I move into the food! This is a great POWERCIRCUIT to target that booty & those hammies! #PROOF First: lay on an incline bench (making sure to hold on to the seat for safety!) Swing your legs straight up using your lower back, glutes, & keeping those legs right! (set of 10-15) Second: single leg dead lifts- I bent my knee slightly & did low pulses without bringing the weight past my knees! This really digs into those hammies!
