Arnold Classic 2013 Recap!

Hey all! Today I wanted to share with you my trip to the Arnold! or the “Awwwnold” – make sure you say it with a sweet accent. This was my second year working the Expo for the Crons Protein Bar booth. Being at the Arnold is always a good time because I get to see a bunch of people & make some awesome connections! Shoulder Tabata Power Workout!

hi all!! SO excited to fill you in on how last night’s #Fitness4Cure for #StrongerThanSarcoma went!! It was a long day but totally worth it! I started at 10am with teaching my first TRX class on our Jungle Gym! it was a great introductory class and the one member said to me.. ”Congrats Kasey, you made me sweat!” Which I will totally take as a compliment! OBX lovin’ #FitFluential Style
hey all! So as most of you know, last week I was on vacation with my bittie (best friend) sarah! We were at the Outer Banks of North Carolina – I’m possibly obsessed with it there.
