Hi all! So glad you enjoyed the Zucchini Power Brownie Fudge Bars! I promise you won’t regret making them. I tell ya, I could not wait to refuel with my #PowerbowlADay last night after this WOD. I got through 4 total rounds plus 20 burpees in 15 minutes. Talk about a cardio blaster! You may wonder what the (1.5-1) means, which is exactly what I was wondering the first time I did a CrossFit workout with Kettlebells. PMAW: Greek Cauliflower Rice

Greek Cauliflower Rice 1 head of Cauliflower – “Riced” (cut into small pieces and pulse in a food processor until rice texture) 2 Grated Carrots 2 Cups of chopped Kale 1/2 cup of pitted & chopped Kalamata Olives Mix together with: 1/4 cup Apple Cider Vinegar 1/2 cup of Nutritional Yeast 1/4 cup EVOO few drops of stevia or 1 TB Raw Honey Sea Salt + Pepper This was a great combo & a way to get the veggies into your day!
