The size of a PowerCake

Hey all! So I've gotten some questions about the size of my powercakes And I thought I would explain my theory behind them! ;] A POWERCAKE is usually one of my meals. & I typically eat 5-6 meals a day. I try to make each meal balanced. So for example; if someone eats oatmeal, egg whites, & fruit with some type of healthy fat for a usual breakfast; I basically just combine all of those ingredients into ONE powercake!
