hi all!!
SO excited to fill you in on how last night’s
#Fitness4Cure for #StrongerThanSarcoma went!!
It was a long day but totally worth it!
I started at 10am with teaching my first TRX class on our Jungle Gym!
it was a great introductory class and the one member said to me..
”Congrats Kasey, you made me sweat!”
Which I will totally take as a compliment!
Then I worked all day and prepped for the night;
6pm came and everyone started to show up in their GOLD!
The night started off with an outdoor active warm-up.
With obvious pauses to take some group pictures!

You all seriously ROCK! 
Side note: Kattreena And I actually went to the same college and
were both education majors; but never met until last night!!
She literally lives up the road and I’m so excited to connect with her
And have a new buddy in the area!!
Then there were 3 different stations that they rotated between!
1) Mamacakes taught a TRX workout on our new jungle gym!
2) I taught zumba for station 2!
similar to these dances I did with my students!
gotta love the fanny-pack microphone belt!
because I may or may not have broke the microphone pack during my first dance.
#whoops
3) Mary-Jean ran an outdoor bootcamp!
with help from a massive tire!
After 3 – 20 minute sweaty stations
we started the Chinese Auction!!

The theme for the night from Instagramfitness
was FLEX in GOLD for Children’s Cancer!
So, of course, Ang and I had to have a
little gun show after an awesome night!
then things got goofy real quick
In all seriousness, a huge shout out to my future sister-in-law Angie
who let us have the bootcamp at her facility!
Thank you sistaaaaa 
And a big thanks to everyone who participated! love you girls!
In the end, we raised over $200 for Erin & her family!
They were so thankful and it felt amazing to be able to help a friend and a local cause!
My thoughts & prayers are totally with their family as they take on this journey!
I have high hopes that their positivity and all of our support will help them through this!

We really enjoyed meeting all the wonderful loving people at this event and sharing the evening with you. This is a new journey for us and this evening was a night of fun and healthy living which helps decrease the stress in our days.
