I personally do not eat processed sugar -
I’ve really tried to stick to stevia (usually liquid form)
I really like this brand of Stevita Liquid Stevia from www.iherb.com
You can use my Coupon Code XUG228 for a discount on your first order!
$10 off an order of $40
or $5 off a lower amount!!
It’s the same one I use in my APPLE PIE CLEANSER!
And I also get NATURAL SUGARS from whole fruits!
And no, I don’t FEAR FRUIT!
I embrace fruit – I’ve recently found it’s better to eat fruit
by itself so that your body absorbs all of the nutrients!
You can blend a banana into a recipe for some added sweetness!
Or add in some unsweet applesauce to your baked goods!
When the coconut tree is tapped, it produces a naturally sweet,
nutrient-rich 'sap' that exudes from the coconut blossoms.
This sap has a very low glycemic index score and contains 17 amino acids,
minerals, vitamin C, broad-spectrum B vitamins, and has a nearly neutral pH.
Speaking of coconut nectar,
I may or may not be using this in my

It is important to remember that even though this sweeteners are “natural”
& a better option than white sugar,
I wouldn’t recommend drinking a whole bottle of these.
although I totally could.
oh em gee.
Long gone are the days of eating the heated processed honey
(sorry little bear)
But the RAW HONEY that is NOT clear is SO much better for you!
I bought this brand – it’s so yummy!
Benefits of RAW honey:
Pure, unpasteurized, unfiltered,
(alive enzymes, vitamins, minerals
and all the nutrients are carefully preserved as a whole food)
fresh, straight from the hive!
Unprocessed, raw state provides maximum level of natural antioxidants
and full beneficial factors as a functional whole food.
I think once you find an alternative for the “legal cocaine”
you won’t crave it as much & you’ll prefer the natural taste of foods!
It’s amazing how sweet a red pepper can taste;
or how juicy a fresh apple can be
if you take the time to enjoy your food!
So check in tomorrow and don’t forget you can
link up your POWERMEAL A WEEK recipe as well!
