Hi ALL! Gosh, where have these past few days gone!? For real, I swear it was just Christmas & now it’s Sunday! I definitely want to recap you on Christmas but today I’ve only got a short amount of time before I’m on the road again so that will be coming tomorrow!

Yesterday was a day full of errands after an early morning spin class. Felt good to get the legs moving after sitting in the car all day Friday!

Corey & I had to help restock the house with groceries after being gone all week so I think we spent majority of the day at Whole Foods, Wal Mart, & running around- which totally made the day go flying by!

Picked up one of my favorite drinks from Whole Foods. Bragg’s Apple Cider Vinegar Apple Cinnamon drink- SO good! It’s super sweet with no sting of the vinegar.

We got back to the house to prep everything for the fam to come over to celebrate part 2 of Christmas since they couldn’t make it to South Carolina with us.

Before dinner I was working on a project that I will be sharing with you soon! The main point of my post today is that I came across this quote the other day and it truly hit home last night…

It’s safe to say that technology wasn’t on my side last night and without going into too much detail, some emails were deleted and some sound wasn’t working right … there was a good while where I was letting it get the best of me & had some tears flowing – hey, I’m human, right? BUT thank goodness for my wonderful support system, my family, to remind me that sometimes we are tested, no matter how big or small, and it’s up to us to keep moving forward.

There is not much to gain if you let yourself be defeated by a speed bump in your road. It’s the challenging times that truly make you look into your self & be fueled by your passion that made you start in the first place.

We are capable of overcoming obstacles if we CHOOSE to work through them & this weekend, although it was a small speed bump – it wasn’t a road block that completely stopped me. We worked through it & I believe everything that is meant to be will be.

Having faith in the process of the road you’re on is a great step in the right direction.

Sometimes we will be tested – no matter how big or small, it’s up to US to keep moving forward.

I hope you have a great start to your week & really enjoy your Sunday!

BE TRUE TO YOU,

XO KASEY
