I love to travel, have a huge heart for the animals and the environment and am a recycling Nazi.
I am recovering from an eating disorder finding that eating vegan and working out
on a consistent basis helps me to squash my dark passenger (Dexter anyone?).
I used to absolutely hate working out but my dad having a heart attack was a
huge driving force in making me get my health on track.
I have a new found passion for working out and I have become a happier person.
Life was meant to be LIVED and that’s what I intend to do everyday.
Kitchen time is therapeutic for me, so I am always in there whippin’ something new up!
Post Workout Vegan Chocolate Shakeology
- 1 Hefty Serving
- 1.5 cups almond milk
- .5 cups water
- 1 cup ice
- 2 Tbsp PB2
- 1 TB Organic Shredding Coconut
- 1 Serving Chocolate Vegan Shakeology
- Add all to blender in the order listed
(Shakeology added last so it doesn’t get stuck to the blenders blades).
- Blend for about 40 seconds.
I drink Shakeology after my workouts because my energy is done for by the time my workout is over.
The blend of whole foods plant based nutrition in it helps provide me with a
zap of energy that doesn’t send me crashing later on in the day.
