Sugar Cookie POWEROATS

Onto my AMAZING breakfast this morning…
Yesterday I posted that I was going to try Chocolate Covered Katie’s
Sugar Cookie Oats!
 This morning I prepped all of the ingredients…
 1/2 cup of Rolled Oats + 2 TB Chia Seeds
 2 Packages of Sugar Cookie Sleigh Ride Tea, 1tsp of Stevia + 2 cups water
*heated in the microwave for 3 minutes
*After heated, I added 1/2 cup of Unsweet Coconut Milk to the mug!
 *Combine Oats Mixture & Heated Liquids
*Stir & Microwave again for 2 minutes
 *Add 1 Tablespoon of Coconut Oil
(OMG this made it sooo creamy!!)
 *Talk about a HUGE bowl of OATS!
 Then I did it Kasey style & 
layered it in my cup with Protein Powder Frosting 
& Blueberries!
 Um, yes please.
You’ve got to try this!
It can be done with any TEA!
*Also, this type of tea is technically not Gluten Free because it has Roasted Barley in the tea bag, but since I’m not Celiac, my stomach doesn’t react to it like it would if I was eating a big piece of bread or something; so I am able to enjoy it!

      I mix 1 scoop of protein powder with about 1/4 cup liquid to make it just wet enough for a frosting! ;] you can also add cocoa powder, etc!

    What sun warrior protein do you use? Do you have just the regular protein or warrior blend?

  3. How much protein powder do you have each day? I used to only have one scoop post workout but I have been really getting creative with recipes and using it a lot (including today with this recipe) but I just hope I am not going overboard. I LOVE Vega 🙂
