in the mix:

1 scoop vanilla sunwarrior protein powder
1/4 cup raspberries
1/2 cup frozen mango
3/4 cup frozen spinach
1TB chia seeds
1TB flax
2TB coconut flakes
1 cup unsweetened almond/coconut milk,
1/4 cup coconut milk kefir

*Blended in my magic bullet!
