In the mix is
2 Cups of water, (liquid of choice)
1 apple, 1 cup frozen spinach,
2 TB Flax, 1 Scoop Sunwarrior Vanilla Protein powder,
splashes of ..
VANILLA, CINNAMON, GINGER & ALLSPICE
Blend all ingredients &
add as much or little liquid as you would like to ;]
TOP WITH CINNAMON
and sometimes I do a packet of truvia
sprinkled on top so it tastes like a dessert ;]
& it’s more fun to eat out of BOWL
Honestly, you can’t taste the spinach
& it’s a great way to incorporate more veggies!!
