Savory Cheesy Tuna Oats

SAVORY OATS
Cheesy Tuna was my choice ;]
(Don’t knock this until you try it!)
I use to think SAVORY OATS!?!
Oh was I wrong…It’s awesome!
On the medium-heat stove:
I heated 1/2 cup Rolled Oats
2 Cups of Water
Frozen kale, peas, onions, mushrooms
& 1 Can of Tuna!
I also added some Nutritional Yeast
(which made it cheesy)
& some SS&P
(seat salt & pepper)
Honestly, you’ve got to try some SAVORY OATS!

try different combinations! I swear you’ll love it!

Hello – a while ago you posted a meal that featured egg whites with nutritional yeast and dill. I tried finding it today, but I can’t find it. Can you tell me how you mixed it?? Was it cooked in a skillet? Did you have to add liquid of some sort or did the egg whites not get dried out? Finally, what kind of sauce did you put on top? Was it salsa? I’m loving the June challenge, by the way. My “orange” meal was a pumkin pie spice smoothie this am. Not too exciting, but soooo yummy. Btw, I am loving the sun warrior vanilla. I mix in 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon with about 3T water and eat it as a frosting snack. I know I’ve told you before, but thanks for all your great ideas!! Hope you are enjoying a beautiful Sunday.

  2. I’m sorry I’m just getting this but sometimes ill add almond milk to the eggs with dill & nooch before adding it to the skillet! 😉
