Roasted Red Peppers
Roasted Red Peppers!
Oh my gosh, they are amazing.
I started by chopping up some sweet red peppers :
these were at my grocery store for only $2 !!
I bought 2 packages;
slinky pepper?
ha; couldn’t resist :]
After chopping, I put them on a pan with a spray of
Olive Oil & some Sea Salt&Pepper
& put them into the oven at 400 degrees
for about 40-45 minutes!
they came out looking amazinggg
They get SO sweet in the oven!!
