Power “Ice-Cream”

1 cup Frozen Blueberries
(you can use any frozen fruit here)
or frozen pumpkin puree
to make pumpkin ice cream!!

1 Scoop Sunwarrior Protein Powder
1 tsp Xanthan gum
(optional;to make extra thick)
1/2 cup Unsweet Milk Of Choice
(or more, depending on how thick you want it)
*Blend in your Blender & it makes
POWER ICECREAM!

*you can also add other things like vanilla, cinnamon,
CHIA SEEDS, & or flax!
Healthiest ice cream everrr.

I topped my CHIA OATS
with some POWER ICE CREAM
for one healthy breakfast or meal! ;]
