Greek Yogurt Vanilla “Frosting”

Β “Greek Yogurt Frosting”

I mixed
*1/2 Cup Fat Free Greek Yogurt
2 TB Chia Seeds
Vanilla
Stevia
Cinnamon
2 tsp Xanthan Gum

(this will make it thick,
you can use cornstarch too
or omit all together because the
CHIA seeds make it thick as well!)

It gets thicker if you let it sit in the fridge for at least an hour! ;]
