Apricot Chia Jam!Thank you to the Chia Co. & GNC
for sending me these amazing little seeds!

*1/4 cup water
*Stevia to taste
(it can be any sweetener!)
 *Chop up your apricot

*Put into a Microwave safe bowl
with water & heat for
2 minutes in the microwave!
(You can also make raw by just blending the fruit & chia seeds together)
*Blend mix in a blender
*Add Chia Seeds & Sweetener
to the blended Apricots*Let chill for at least 30 minutes
so it will GEL
& absorb all of the liquid!

*I used my CHIA JAM to top a POWERCAKE & PB Fluff!
(Peanut flour mixed with water and stevia!)

don’t use a microwave ! raw food is much better and no radiation. 🙂 Just blend in the food processor with chia seeds and stevia or maple syrup.

I threw my microwave 9 years ago , it´s a very strong radiation and destroys all the goodness of chia seeds and apricots . I use food processor , hi speed blender instead 🙂

Hi Annie! Thanks for the tips – You can definitely use just a food processor and whenever I was in college the microwave worked for me a few years ago but I do love it raw! :]

Absolutely love this recipe! The combination of apricots and chia seeds not only creates a delicious jam but also a healthier alternative to store-bought ones. I tried this at home and the jam turned out to be fantastic, with just the right balance of sweetness and tartness. Also, the chia seeds gave it a nice texture while adding a nutritional boost. I paired it with some homemade bread and it was a hit in my family. Thank you for sharing this wonderful recipe, I’ll definitely be making it again!
