Alrighttt, first things first;

Lately I’ve been loving me some RAW SALADS!
(raw veggies with some protein, avocado, &
(Oh, and a side of starbucks venti iced black coffee
with my own stevia & coconut milk creamer added)
3 TB Apple Cider Vinegar
3 TB Nutritional Yeast
1 tsp Dijon Mustard
Few Drops of Liquid Stevia
& Sea Salt & Pepper to taste!
this can be made with any vinegar
but I’ve been loving it with ACV!
& I also love when your veggies look like a
So while I’m on the VEGGIE kick,
I made some awesome LETTUCE WRAPS the other day!
1) Lay out your romaine leaves
2) top with toppings like
Walnut & Caper Tuna Salad & veggies
3) ROLL UP & EAT!
& last but not least; it’s #MIRRORLESSMONDAY
And lately I’ve been in need of a mirrorless monday-
I think sometimes we lost sight of our progress
and only focus on things we want to change.
I am not perfect; I am human.
& sometimes I struggle with seeing the positive.
Some days I need to be reminded that I’ve been
working really hard and my hard work is paying off.
The top picture was taken 7 weeks ago;
the bottom one was taken yesterday.
here is #proof that eating clean & hard work
does pay off so today this is what I’m proud of!
Looking in the mirror; seeing my progress;
& not looking at the things I want to change.
I am proud of what I’ve accomplished
