Hey all! Happy Saturday!

I totally enjoyed my night relaxing after a great busy week! I couldn’t have been more excited to cuddle up with a dessert powerbowl & tea….with the addition of my new foodie find!

Found this at a local grocery store – made with pumpkin, apple cider, cinnamon, & lemon! SO simple & so good.

I don’t think my pumpkin love will ever end, no matter how warm it (finally) gets.

Today I’m headed to watch a friend/client of mine, Lauren, compete in her first show! Lauren came to me wanting to be stronger, eat enough to fuel her fitness, & had a goal just to have fun at her show and walk across the stage with confidence & strength. I couldn’t wait to help her because I’ve been through years of restricting myself from proper fuel intake, which you can read more about here[“Checking myself before wrecking myself”], but Lauren wanted to learn how to fuel her body with more food, enjoy her fitness, and take the strength program I set up for her to use throughout her life.

I can’t wait to see her shine on stage & be happy with her new found strength & health by properly fueling her body with ENOUGH food & enjoying the process! It’s been fun to help coach her & I’m excited that she found a new love for taking care of her body & a love for finding strength within herself!

Before I head out, I wanted to let you know that the BE TRUE TO YOU TANKS are on PRE ORDER until March, 31st!

An order will be placed on March 31st and will take about two weeks to process and be shipped so you should receive them by mid April! Perfect time for that Spring weather! ;]

So check it out at SHOP.POWERCAKES.NET and have a great Saturday!!

Be true to you,

xo Kasey

Do you think your pumpkin love will ever fade? ;]

I feel the same way about smoothies. No matter how cold it got I had a smoothie almost every morning for breakfast and sometimes as a snack too.
