Today for PLANTPOWER Challenge –
it’s POWER SMOOTHIE DAY!

Lately I’ve been loving my GREEN SMOOTHIES as my mid-afternoon snack!
There are a lot of different opinions on eating at night;
I personally always have a snack at night.
Something small enough that is sweet-
perfect combo for night for me!
Again, #beTRUEtoYOU! What works for me may not work for YOU!
I love my green smoothies & I didn't get a chance to make one yesterday
(I try to have one a day!)
but last night I came home from work hungry
and made GREEN POWERBOWL PUDDING
(pudding because I make it thicker than a smoothie!)
I'm not sure Of my exact measurements but close to
1 cup frozen spinach,
1/3 cup frozen carrots (love doing this)
2 TB pumpkin,
1 tsp Nutrex spirulina powder,
1 tsp maca powder,
1 TB flax,
1 TB mila chia powder,
1 cup unsweetened coconut milk,
2 tsp cinnamon & liquid stevia drops,
& topped with cacao nibs & coconut butter!
blended in my magic bullet anddddd there is healthy chocolate sauce
underneath for that last awesome spoonful!
Nothing like a bowl of #powerfoods!
