It's so important to remember that every body is different
& not to get caught up with the scale,
because that truly is not a representation of who you truly are!

That's why I wanted to create a new CHALLENGE so we can
all come together with our own ideas to help inspire one another!

So I wanted to introduce to you my
NEW CHALLENGE

‘POWERMEAL A WEEK’ LINK UP
SUNDAY CHALLENGE!

The 411:
Every Sunday I will host a
POWERMEAL A WEEK LINK UP

The June Challenge inspired me to have some sort of way for
all of us to share our POWERMEALS/RECIPES.

And since Sunday is usually a great PREP day
to create healthy recipes for the week;

I figured we could all share our recipes or POWERMEALS
so that we can get ideas from each other to make some clean eats for the week!!

It’s super simple to join in!

Just take a picture of your POWERMEAL or RECIPE that you’d like to share;
& create a blog post - making sure you include the
POWERMEAL A WEEK BUTTON on your post
& link back to my post in order to insert your link to the page!

There will be a LINK UP button that you can submit your URL to the
Challenge POST every Sunday!

This way, we can all get inspired for some CLEAN EATS throughout the week!

I just want to say that this challenge is supposed to be for FUN.
This is not meant to compare your eating with anyone else's;
this is just a simple way to share recipes
and ideas for powermeals throughout the week!
