So today for the JUNE POWERMEAL A DAY challenge
the topic is POWER BREAKFAST!

NEW JUNEEE

Breakfast is DEFINITELY my favorite meal of the day!
sometimes I like savory…

IMG_4136
like a veggie omelet with dippy eggs, bacon, & grapefruit!
IMG_4162
or a NORI omelet with dippy egg, avocado, and berries!
And some un-picture salsa.

or I go the sweet route with a POWERCAKE!
maybe a
chocolate orange one?

or you could always have a
CHOCOLATE OMELET.

In a Magic bullet I blended these
Ingredients:

2 TB Cocoa Powder
1/2 tsp baking powder
Cinnamon
Splash of Vanilla
A few drops of Liquid stevia
(you can sub any sweetener here)

*Blend ingredients & pour onto an oiled pan on Medium Heat.
cook for a few minutes on each side.

*I made mine & left if in the fridge over night!

In the morning, I topped it with some Peanut fluff:
(1/4 Cup Peanut Flour mixed with a few TB water & some stevia!)
& some of my PUMPKIN BUTTER!
I promise the combo worked Winking smile

  1. A chocolate omelet!!!! Looks amazing! I am a huge fan of eggs or smoothies in the morning.

cute video but you talk way to much, and say umm excessively. I couldn’t finish watching the video, I just wanted you to cut to the chase about the protein powder but there was so much ranting going on. Good shoulder exercises, appreciated those

    • Sam says:

Wow. Rude. She’s making the video to be helpful. The fact that you would even type this makes you a shitty person overall. There’s my rant.

  3. Brooke says:

  4. Wow, a chocolate omelette! I love having chocolate at breakfast… this looks great!

  5. WOW! YUM! I already ate my breakfast! 🙂 Quite a while back but I can take some pics later of my homemade protein bars & then the PB with chia & falx mixed in that I sometimes put on it! Depending on the day, I have more or less & have a couple breakfasts! 🙂

Hi Hun!!! Soooooo I have a question for you – if I wanted to make a powercake to take with me on my flight, could I? Or does it need to stay refridgerated or kept cold prior to eaten? If it does, which recipes would you recommend that I could make that our traveling friendly. I want to take a variety of stuff I can pack and take to enjoy while in Cabo. Of course I’m going to enjoy what’s there but I do want to have a couple of healthy snacking options with me 😉

I made these like pancakes instead of an omelet and drizzled peanut butter thinned with almond milk on top…mmmmm. Perfect Friday breakfast. Thanks for the recipe! 😀
