WHIP 4 Egg Whites
with 1 tsp Cream of Tarter & 1 tsp Xanthan Gum
(optional, but helps it hold)
until STIFF PEAKS!
1/2 Cup Rolled Oats
1 TB Coconut Flour
(sub protein powder or other flour)
1 Grated Carrot
2 TSP Baking Powder
(or other sweetener)
(totally optional though!)
3) Spoon the mix onto a pan & SPRAY the pan.
