Power Combos & Purple Cabbage Slaw!

hi all!
Hope you’re enjoying your week!

Lately I’ve been putting together some combos that I thought I could share! Winking smile

First; Banana Chips Added to my Cocoa Lean & Green Powercakes!
not a scary ghost face, I promise.

(just added in 1 TB cocoa powder to the mix)
Then placed a few unsweeteend banana chips from Whole Foods
onto the powercakes before flipping them!
YUM!

Also, Hard Boiled Eggs topped with
cinnamon, almond butter, &
healthy chocolate sauce!

*don’t knock it til’ ya try it! Winking smile

Also, who doesn’t love a nice glass of organic red wine with a bowl of
spaghetti squash, organic tomato sauce, kale, & grass fed beef meat balls!
All thanks to PAPACKES!

This was a perfect meal after a long and mentally
exhausting weekend with my personal training workshop!

It was so awesome and I learned so much;
but my brain was fried after 3 long days of learning!

Personally, I’m not a big drinking but I don’t see anything
wrong with enjoying a glass of wine in moderation!

And finally, MAMACAKES pulled through
last night with this awesome meal combo!

Really horrible lighting on this pic;
but it was fresh cod (oven baked at 350 for 20ish minutes)
side of Cauliflower Mash
(subbed some 2 TB KerryGold grassfed butter for the greek yogurt)

Just ask Felicia about her obsession with this healthy fat!

& some home made
PURPLE CABBAGE SLAW

1/2 of a purple cabbage – chopped
Mixed with cilantro
TB of raw honey
3 TB Rice Wine Vinegar
2 TB EVOO
Sea Salt
Pepper

All mixed together and let sit for about 30 minutes in the fridge!

Here’s a sneak peek into  my POWERMEAL A WEEK recipe!

It’s a Greek twist on a Paleo Favorite! Winking smile

What is your recent favorite power combo?

Oh, also…
my boyfriend, Corey, is competing in his first
all natural body building show this weekend!
he’s been working so hard and I’m super proud of him!

I’ve been editing an interview that I had with him about his experience with the prep;
I’ll be posting that this weekend while I’m busy spray tanning & being a cheerleader!

Funny how the roles have switched? Winking smile

Enjoy your day!!

    I keep forgetting I have cabbage in my fridge – love making slaw with it. I usually add some sriracha too (because I’m an addict).
