DAY ONE OF #PLANTPOWER
EAT A RAINBOW!
We all know that I love me some Rainbows!
For lunch yesterday I made a nice #powerbowl of
spinach, tomatoes, onion, cucumber, artichokes, pumpkin seeds,
organic sauerkraut, & avocado!
topped with EVOO, salt free garlic & herb seasoning, & black pepper!
Perfect combo of healthy fats, carbs, & protein!
hence the POWERMEAL! ;]
Story of the day:
I spent all day friday with mamacakes, my nan, and my aunt Rita.
We went outfit shopping for nan & Aunt rita for my brother’s Wedding!
It was a beautiful day out, so we enjoyed walking around and of course grabbed some starbs!
We got lunch first to fuel up for shopping!
*I ordered a big RAINBOW salad with veggies, black beans, and a perfect avocado!
