Jill is like me when it comes to counting calories.
We both don’t really focus on that since we are
fueling our bodies properly with whole natural foods!

But Jill did calculate the breakdown
for  4 pancakes
355 calories
42 gr protein
6 gr sugar
23 gr carbs

Any tips on making Vegan Powercakes?

I know vegan pancakes in general can be a challenge
so maybe someone has some great tips for being successful with them!
