PB Chia Cinnamon Swirl Frozen Yogurt

PB CHIA CINNAMON SWIRL FROZEN YOGURT
Ingredients:
1 Cup Greek Yogurt
Cinnamon
2 TB CHIA SEEDS
(thanks to GNC & the CHIA CO.)
Stevia to sweeten
1 TB All Natural Peanut Butter
& some pure vanilla extract

Mix all ingredients EXCEPT the peanut butter


& put into a container.
Then I took my blob of peanut butter and put it right in the middle.
(or you could mix it in!)

*Put into the freezer for an hour or so.


*When you take it out, it will have some ice crystals,
but once you let it sit for a little or start digging in
it will start to melt! ;]


You could even blend it in a magic bullet or something!
Or just dig in with your finger, like I did ;]

*Then I topped mine with a little bit more CHIA!
& some of my healthy chocolate sauce!

    This looks delicious! I eat my protein froyo every night religiously, but I definitely am going to try this version out! Than you for sharing! 😀
