It’s been an amazing two days here at the
Fitness & Health Bloggers Conference!

I have to admit I’m a little tired from being 2 hours behind here
and not getting much sleep the day before due to our 7am flight;
butttttt that didn’t stop us from setting the alarm
for 6am yesterday for an early start to the day!
(mamacakes & I hit up the local grocery store
to stock our mini fridge with clean eats for the weekend; hence the egg whites)
I also added some breakfast bar goodies from the hotel!
I was still hungry; duh.
so I had a POWERMEAL round 2!
* Plain greek yogurt with Whey protein added.
SO YUMMY and has 17G of protein!
It was an awesome day full of goodies from some awesome brands
& of course REFUELING with CHOCOLATE MILK!
It’s been an amazing 2 days and I can’t wait for tomorrow!
So as you can see, my days have also been working with the
JUNE POWERMEAL A DAY CHALLENGE
because most of my meals today were
“OUT TO EAT”
where I still ate clean all day long
