I have to admit I’m a little tired from being 2 hours behind here
and not getting much sleep the day before due to our 7am flight;
butttttt that didn’t stop us from setting the alarm
for 6am yesterday for an early start to the day!
*Breakfast was a Microwaved POWER-EGG BOWL (5 egg whites and veggies microwaved in a bowl for 5 minutes)
Topped with Salsa & Avocado
(mamacakes & I hit up the local grocery store
to stock our mini fridge with clean eats for the weekend; hence the egg whites)
I also added some breakfast bar goodies from the hotel!
*After powering up we headed to the conference with Carissa & Alec!
Driscoll’s berries & Better WHEY of life
had some more treats waiting for us!
I was still hungry; duh.
so I had a POWERMEAL round 2!
* Plain greek yogurt with Whey protein added.
SO YUMMY and has 17G of protein!

I talked about creating a brand
& we also had a group Q & A at the end!
It was a great experience to present with these ladies
that I look up to in the Fit Blogging world!
* After the presentations; Lunch was at a Bistro –
I had a greek salad with chicken and roasted beets!
Then we headed to some awesome afternoon sessions
where we learned all about different fitness topics
which lead us to a TABATA BOOT CAMP! Where we kicked butt FitFluential Style!
Couldn’t help but have some fun with FitFluential Kymberly!
And as if the day couldn’t get any better; we had CHIPOTLE afterwards!
