Ever feel like your working so hard but you still feel in a rut? With long to-do lists & obligations, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed. The other day I looked at my to-do list & felt this way – but then I started to realize how far I’ve come &… that each responsibility on that to-do list is one step closer to where I want to be. I took a deep breath & took on my day & it turned out to be a very productive one!
Worked summer camp, hit the gym, ran errands, meal prepped, had a phone conference meeting, & went downtown for another meeting all before 5pm.
Most of the time we are our own worst critics. We have the power to change our thoughts from positive to negative & from worry to opportunity.
Looking back on my day, I am proud of how it turned out. I hope today you take a chance to give yourself some credit for how far you’ve come in fitness, health, nutrition, or your personal life! keep a positive outlook on your future & know that each small step is a larger gain towards what’s to come.
