Hi all! It’s MIRRORLESS MONDAY!
And I thought what better way to celebrate than show you my pictures from my competition
because I am PROUD that I did this the healthy way &
I will continue to do things the healthy and fueling my body properly!
I love being able to show that these results came from hard work & clean eating!
I swear to you that I practice what I preach!
I do this the healthy way and I don’t take away nutrients that my body needs!
I truly did eat POWERCAKES daily & lean proteins, green powerbowl smoothies,
all different varieties of vegetables, fruits, carbs, & HEALTHY FATS!
I really embrace the healthy fats now & honestly I’ve conquered my fear of “fat”
because my body responded so well to cutting out grains & upping my fat intake!
(I will do a separate post on that)
But in all honesty, what you see me posting, is what I really do!
I don’t just say I’m doing these things.
I ate 5-6 small balanced meals a day & worked out
but also gave my body rest days!
I post a lot of my daily meals on Instagram!

If you missed my video about What I Ate the Day of the competition, here it is!
It truly is a marathon, not a sprint!
I’ve been working hard now for about 2 years
while still living a balanced life,
I promise you will see results if you keep working hard and be CONSISTENT!
So today I am VERY PROUD to show you my pictures from my show
& prove to you that you CAN get to where you want to be
just keep up the hard work & you got it!
