Good morning everyone!
I hope you had a great weekend.
Today I am postponing my #MirrorlessMonday post until tomorrow so that today I can thank those who have fought for our country.

Today is a time to give honor to those who have fought for our freedom.
Many people in my family, including both of my Grandfathers, have served for our country.
I am sure this day can relate to a lot of us who have or know someone who has taken that chance.

I am off to spend the day with Corey’s whole family.
It’s a beautiful day here so I’m sure today will be a day to remember!
Today I will count my blessings &
thank those who make it possible to do so.
Also a shout-out to anyone who is doing the “Murph” workout!
I’m out of town but I know that all of my box-mates are working hard with this one today! Good luck everyone!
“In memory of Navy Lieutenant Michael Murphy, 29, of Patchogue, N.Y., who was killed in Afghanistan June 28th, 2005.
This workout was one of Mike’s favorites and he’d named it "Body Armor". From here on it will be referred to as "Murph" in honor of the focused warrior and great American who wanted nothing more in life than to serve this great country and the beautiful people who make it what it is.
Partition the pull-ups, push-ups, and squats as needed. Start and finish with a mile run. If you’ve got a twenty pound vest or body armor, wear it. “
