Woke up,

ate a coconut flour POWERCAKE
headed to the gym
and kicked my own butt with my leg/plyo work out ;]

showered, dressed, out the door within 30 minutes

attended 2 business meetings
had lunch with my mom &
got to see one of my best friends Angie.

This is all before 6 pm!

Honestly, doesn’t it feel good to be productive?!

I hope you are all enjoying your Saturday
& I have SO many more things coming your way
that I CANNOT wait to share with you!!

ahhh I wish you could see my excitement!
