Hi all! Happy Tuesday! What a morning I had….a 1 hour commute home to train a client turned into a 3 hour, stuck in traffic, full bladder, snowy morning. Hey, sometimes life happens! And thank goodness I had a few minutes to make this happen…
One of my go to breakfasts – millet & flax toast, guac, & dippy eggs with pepper! And check out that nail swag….I need to re-do that nail polish.

Start with 1 leg at a time or go with the challenge of 2!
I also add in a glute bridge with then as well for extra challenge.
Make sure to keep those toes up if you want an extra hamstring contraction & that core nice and tight!
