Today for “H” Day…We wanted to highlight Health, Happiness, & Headbands!
Health – because eating more plants can definitely help your health.
Happiness – because being happy not only helps with your health, but when your health is good – you are happier!
Headbands – because who doesn’t love a good non-slip adorable headband for their workouts or everyday life??
I know, headbands aren’t a “food” per say, BUT this month is all about supporting one another in our own journeys & a fellow FitFluential Ambassador of mine started her own headband company! As a small business owner myself, I totally support ANYONE who has passion behind their product!
Once I had the opportunity to review these adorable headbands for the owner Katie, I loved them so much that I couldn't wait to feature her & her bands!
She made these ADORABLE headbands called BAMR Headbands.

BUT you get the point – these headbands DON’T MOVE OR SLIP!
It’s also not from a sticky strip that holds your hair & hurts – it’s a soft felt almost that holds it in place! AMAZING.

UHM. Can’t pick just one. Impossible. Soooo, I like most of the polka dots ones, the Dinosaur, and I’m IN LOVE with anything Disney (annual Disneyland Pass holder, here) so of course I also love the Minnie Mouse one as well.

This is GENIUS! The pink leopard is my fave but they are all super cute! The only ones I have that actually stay on my head during an entire cardio workout are brown- not cute! Love all the colors and pattern choices of these! Functional AND fashionable!!!

Oh man! I could really use one of these. Currently, I have been wrapping pre-wrap around my head to keep the bangs back and it always results in a painful removal… think – hair stuck in the tied knot at the base of your neck. UGH!
