GREEN EGGS & YAM POWERCAKES

hi all!
Now that I’m back from vaca;
I’m getting back into the swing of things!

And that means back into my normal workout routines!
Lately, I’ve been doing 3 days on-1 day off.

Chest/Shoulders/Triceps
LEGS
Back/Biceps
OFF
repeat! Winking smile

My boyfriend Corey & I are on the same schedule,
which has been a huge help!

We don’t live that close so we send each other workouts
so we can stay on the same page
when we’re not able to work out together!
But the other day we were able to hit the gym
for an awesome chest/shoulder/tricep day!

If he’s not #PROOF of what an all natural
clean eating hard worker looks like;
then I don’t know what is!
He’s less than 60 days out from his first competition
& I think he’s on the right track! Winking smile

Speaking of clean eating;
today is POWERMEAL-A-WEEK link up!!

    This is my favorite recipe Kasey! Seriously did you read my mind? I have something SO similar to this, only I use almond milk and don’t put in the spinach. ;) I guess I make it up for by having some veggie on the side, right? :) I like your training split! It seems like it is no fuss. It’s great that you can work out with your boyfriend!

    ps: Corey is going to rock his show! And i think you should do a post about y’all’s relationship/when you started dating… you never mentioned him before and all of a sudden, your soul mate powerboy shows up all the time, ha!

  9. OMG I gotta link up my power breakfast – it’s the SHIZ-NIZ! :)
