Happy Friday Feature everyone! I hope you had a great week! I first wanted to shout out to everyone who has been e-mailing me in response to my post “Checking myself before wrecking myself.” The fact that you all can be so honest with me and feel that you can share so many details with me makes me so appreciative of you. I try my best to give advice to help you & the fact that I look back now and see how nervous I was to share my personal story but then seeing how much inspiration came from it makes it all worthwhile.

Sometimes my Universe Know’s mug
& tea bags know exactly how I’m feeling.

*Ginger tea + stevia + cinnamon = happy tummy.

I loved how convenient these were! I plan on taking some of them with me
on my trip next week to Cali so we have them in our hotel.

Some cool facts about the company & products:

GMO Free

They cater to all types of eating such as Vegan, Vegetarian, Kosher, & Gluten free.

They are also super easy to prepare and can be combined together to make some tasty meals.

A friend of ours taught us to take the Madras Lentils
& then spread it onto a platter as a dip with crackers & veggies!

It was delicious during the warm afternoon by the pool.

Tasty bite offers so many awesome recipes on their site [here] for some more inspiration!

Tasty Bite products are available in every state in the U.S. and are sold in most major grocery chains.

Thank you Tasty Bite for the awesome samples!

The family really enjoyed them and I’m sure I will be enjoying them next week while I’m away as well.

It’s nice to see products like this on the grocery store shelves these days.

Have you ever heard of Tasty Bite?
