Hi All! Hopefully you were a bit inspired by my spur of the moment Entrepreneur Mindset post yesterday & possible enjoyed my Sweet Dijon Dressing!

Lastnight, Instagram was being a little funky, or maybe it was my internet, but this picture would not post! Merp.

Base of Kale, peppers, red onion, cucumber, organic dill pickles for crunch,
roasted butternut squash rounds,
green goddess dressing, & hemp seeds.

We pit stopped at Whole Foods to grab some prepared sides to bring with me.
My goal was to find snacks that could easily stay fresh in my bag for a few hours!

I also love to bring lots of VEGA snacks with me.

These savi seed packets are the best for #ECDonthego.

They made a perfect companion while I was on the road to the Arnold Classic  this year!

Same with my pre-packed meals of spaghetti squash topped with
canned organic tomato sauce, Italian seasonings, & nutritional yeast!
