Started my morning off with a WOD!
I’m currently out of town visiting the boyfriend, who happens to be a little under the weather.
So this morning I got up, headed to the gym solo , & rowed my heart out!
completed 2000m row in 9:25.7
finished with a few core exercises similar to these V-Up Toe Touches…
with the exception of my tan summer skin & muscular boyfriend in the reflection.
Came back to the apartment where these were in the fridge waiting for me…
Fact: The whole time I was rowing, I was picturing this meal.

WOW! This sounds INCREDIBLE! I will be trying this ASAP
I eat nearly the same breakfast as you, but I’ve never done the dark chocolate and strawberry combo. Very nice! I’ll will definitely be trying this once I can get my hands on some strawberries. Is it summer yet?!?
I soak oatbran, chia seeds and cinnamon in egg whites and almond milk every night. Then in the morning, I cook it for a few minutes in the microwave, add blueberries or a banana and top it off with some almond butter. My favorite breakfast ever!
This sounds amazing! I love chocolate strawberry anything!
