I’d like to introduce to you my
CHIA PEANUT BUTTER !!
1/4 cup Peanut Flour

I also used:
1/4-1/2 cup of Water or Milk of Choice
2 TB CHIA SEEDS
(I used a few liquid drops but you can sub any sweetener here)
Mix the liquid with Peanut Flour to create a
POWER PEANUT FLUFF
(I like mine thicker, so I don’t add too much liquid)
I suggest adding small amounts of water to the peanut flour
and keep stirring to see how much it soaks up before adding more! ;]
After the flour & liquid is combine;
and then add in your 2 TB CHIA & stir!
It will get SUPER thick and totally resemble Peanut Butter! ;]
Now, I have nothing against healthy fats
but when you make this with Peanut Flour
you get 16 grams of protein in 1/4 cup serving!
