Good morning all! It’s a super snowy one over here. I’m not going to lie – I had a bit of an off night with sleep & didn’t feel my greatest at spin this morning. I kept a positive mindset & just listented to my body – pushed when it felt right & backed off when I needed to. Sometimes we always want to be go go go – but it’s totally ok to listen to our bodies signs.
Definitely refueling my body this morning though as we speak with some french toast! I’ve been loving this recipe lately & I posted a teaser last night to Instagram with some of the most amazing Millet & Flax pumpkin bread from Sami’s Bakery.
I am thoroughly & utterly obsessesd with this bread. I get it at a local farm market health food store & I seriously keep multiple loaves in the freezer so it’s always on hand!
This bread makes some pretty delicious french toast which happens to be my newest recipe added on The Daily Hiit Blog & exactly what I am refueling with right now with some organic molasses!
