For the last 4 weeks we’ve jumped, balanced, hopped, stretched, & planked our way through the #BOSUSTRONG Challenge. It was so inspiring to search the hashtag #bosustrong in Instagram and see how others were using the Bosu ball in their own unique way.

I have to tell you — I love love love this piece of equipment and the challenge that it brings to the table  — not only for myself, but for my athletes.

The bosu ball is a tool to utilize for building strength & balance due to it’s un-even structure. My athletes always say in a workout, “why are mountain climbers on the bosu ball SO MUCH harder than on the ground?”

This is a perfect teaching opportunity to show them how having your body at a slightly different angle and planting into an un-even surface can completely change an exercise while recruiting TONS of muscles to support the movement.

I highly recommend you checking out Instagram where I posted all 20 different moves I completed over the 4 week challenge and checking out BOSU’s instagram for constant inspiration.

Being #BOSUStrong is not just about movement, sweat, or even owning a BOSU, it’s about being a leader, an inspiration to others, and sharing our fitness journeys with each other.

A big thank you to my friends at BOSU and Sweat Pink for this awesome challenge! You can find more about BOSU products [here].

Be true to you,

xo Kasey
