Hey all! HAPPY MONDAY! How was your weekend? Just like the title of today’s post says – I got to celebrate many milestones this weekend!

One of my best friends, Jackie, turned 24! We all got together Friday night to celebrate!

Not sure if we’re excited, taking a selfie, or on a roller coaster – Or maybe it was shock that I actually had my hair down!? Being a trainer, I am basically sweating all day, so I honestly didn’t even realize how long my hair is actually getting!

Us & the birthday girl! So thankful for these two ladies.

And HOW COOL is this pizza…maybe entirely of…CUPCAKES. Seriously. A friend of theirs makes cakes like this & it really faked me out. From a distance I thought it looked like a delicious pizza but it was all made of cupcakes!

Saturday Coreycakes & I celebrated 730 days together! ;] Aka 2 years of dating. He had such a nice night planned for us!

We headed to a restaurant called the Springfield Grille & it was awesome.

Started off with Scallops in a blood orange oil. I got a goat cheese & roasted beet salmon salad while Corey enjoyed a steak with potatoes! They were both great. But, the star of my meal was one of my favorites – Brussel Sprouts!

Not just any brussels sprouts – BRAISED brussel sprouts. SO GOOD. I honestly wish they never ended.

We usually keep gifts simple so dinner was exactly what I loved! I also got Corey a bag of his favorite things (aka candy, socks, & coffee) with a cute little card.

The next morning he made me breakfast – HIYO! Eggs, oats, & fruit is actually what I was craving…plus I wasn’t sure if he could master the powercakes yet without some guidance ;] just kidding…but really.

Later on I spent Mother’s Day dinner at Outback Steakhouse for the lovely ladies in our lives!

This was delish especially after leg day & training a client! Grilled salmon, baked potato, asparagus, and some sour cream&chives to go on top.

Love spending time with my Nan, Aunt Rita, & #mamacakes – as well as seeing my awesome outback crew friends!

Happy belated Mother’s Day to all of the Mothers!

I’m off to a few meetings then teaching – have a great Monday!

Be true to you,

xo Kasey
